3D Monster Truck Parking Simulator Tips and Tricks

Most mobile games that consist of cars or trucks are usually racing games, and gamers must go as fast as they can to cross the finish line first. However, a new game hitting the scene takes a different approach.

It’s called 3D Monster Truck Parking Simulator (it’s a mouthful), and it requires gamers to have precision, as well as a bit of speed in order to make it through various obstacle courses and finish smack-dab in a parking spot at the end.

You earn points based on how fast you make it through the obstacle course, how many green rings you drive through, and how well you end up parking in the parking spot at the end. Furthermore, the game uses a three-star system similar to Angry Bird, where you get one star for just completing the level, another star for getting 2,500 points or more, and a third star for beating the target time listed on each level.

Easy on the Steering

The steering is really sensitive, and no matter how much you turn down the sensitivity in the game, you have to be really careful that you don’t oversteer.

This is why it’s best to do a series of taps in order to steer (if you’re using on-screen buttons). If you’re turning by tilting your iPhone, then make sure not to over-tilt, as your truck will oversteer like crazy, and you’ll end up having to start over for the most part.

If you do oversteer a bit, don’t be afraid to countersteer a bit in order to correct it. Essentially, this means steering in the wrong direction from where your vehicle is heading in order to correct for oversteer.

Don’t Punch the Gas

We all love to go fast when we’re racing around a track, but in this game, you want to be precise and get through an obstacle course without any problem. Yes, you want to reach the finish as quickly as possible, but you don’t get there by sloppily making your way through the course at full speed.

Instead of punching the gas trying to make your way through the course, use a series of taps on the gas pedal to keep a moderate and steady speed. This will allow you to smoothly get through obstacles without looking like a fool.

You Don’t Need All 3 Stars

Just like in Angry Birds, you really only need to complete the level in order to unlock the next one. The same applies to 3D Monster Truck Parking Simulator. As aforementioned, you get one star by just completing the level and making it to the finish. If you’re simply just wanting to get through all the levels, this is a good strategy to think about.

Of course, if you’re wanting all three stars for a every level, that will take a bit more work. You get a second star by scoring at least 2,500 points and you gain a third star by beating the target time for that level, which can definitely be a challenge.

Slow Is Smooth, and Smooth Is Fast

In the end, slow and steady wins the race. It might take you a few times to learn the course and beat the target time by going smooth and steady, but it’ll ultimately work better than simply just flooring the gas and sloppily making it to the finish.
