Don't Install iOS 16.5 If You're Nervous About Bugs

If you're having an excellent experience on your current version of iOS, and iOS 16.5's changes don't blow you away and/or you're nervous about the software potentially hurting your iPhone's performance, you might want to wait.

There's a lot to like about Apple's latest software, but the latest firmware is causing problems for some iPhone users.

The current list of iOS 16 problems includes some familiar faces: battery life issues, Bluetooth problems, data transfer issues, camera problems, AirDrop issues, problems with Wi-Fi, issues with cellular data, App Store problems, installation issues, lag, random reboots, problems with various applications, issues with Face ID and more.

If these issues concern you, you might want to wait for Apple's next version of iOS 16.

Apple’s working on a new iOS 16.6 update and the software will arrive sometime later this year, probably in June or July.

Too many sites have new emojis as a main reason to upgrade (why?). I was going to blow 16.4 off since emojis are not important until I found much more important reasons that many sites ignore but were covered here.
