16.1 version is messing with my (encrypt. me) VPN app and my banking app. I have to turn the VPN app off to use my banking app.

Since updating to 16.3.1, my phone keeps freezing/crashing and restarting. Why is this happening??

Too many sites have new emojis as a main reason to upgrade (why?). I was going to blow 16.4 off since emojis are not important until I found much more important reasons that many sites ignore but were covered here.
