The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is Samsung's lone device on this list. Once again, we like the Samsung Galaxy S4 as well but with a Galaxy S5 on the way, it's a hard device to recommend, at least for the moment. Instead, it's the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 that makes the list and that shouldn't come as much of a surprise to those who know anything about this smartphone. It's a device that we consider to be Samsung's most powerful smartphone and its a device that features hardware and software that will set users up well for the future. In other words, it won't need to be replaced any time soon. It is a little bigger and more expensive than most smartphones but we like its power and feature-set enough to consider it one of the best smartphone options on the table during the month of February. | ||||||

I just got the Moto X this week, and I have to say I was nervous. I am the kind if guy who roots and flashes roms. So I was afraid of the lower specs. But I find myself quite impressed, additions that actually make sense, and enough hardware to do anything I want. And kit Kat to boot? Sign me up for sure. This phone is everything I could have hoped for. Now, to root?
