Launcher is an app that mostly lives in your Notification Center and provides some very useful widgets.

With Launcher, you can put all kinds of different shortcuts in the Notification Center, including a shortcut to call your girlfriend or wife, or even just a shortcut to an app. You can even set up different actions within apps and set those as shortcuts, like getting directions home from anywhere with just one tap.
