In a message on Twitter early this year, Xbox head Phil Spencer indicated that the company would spend the majority of time during its press conference discussing it's own studio's lineups. That isn't to say the company doesn't have plans to share news about third-party titles. Every year Microsoft does a deal with video game publisher Activision to get access to downloadable content and extras for Call of Duty. Last year the company even released a special edition bundle with a customized controller and 1TB hard drive. We have no reason to suspect that the same thing won't happen with Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.
