iOS 8 comes with a new feature called Suggested Apps, which uses your location to determine if there's a nearby venue or business that has an iOS app available in the App Store. If so, your iPhone it will recommend the app to you on your lock screen. Some users find it useful, but it's honestly kind of creepy. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and go down to the section called Suggested Apps. In that section, you'll see My Apps and App Store. Disable them both. | |||||||||
