Is iRiver Prepping A Tablet/e-Book Reader?

Engagdet is running this picture this morning. No, iRiver didn’t show this at CES, but it certainly looks interesting. Speculation is that it is a e-book reader with a color display and at least some for of Inking/handwriting recognition.
