Amazon’s released a holiday TV commercial promoting the Kindle. This promo sure is a lot different than the videos of baby boomers Amazon was pushing when it first announced the Kindle.
It’ll be very interesting to see which (if any) eReaders mainstream consumers buy this holiday season. The Nook is exciting a lot of geeks, but I haven’t heard a single non-geek mention the device name. Everyone outside of the tech world that I’ve heard mention it calls it “Barnes & Noble’s Kindle.”
