An Apple Tablet pictured?

Tim Marman spotted this picture on Apple’s website — a promo article highlighting Apple products. Everyone in the picture is using an Apple product, except for maybe that guy writing on what looks to be tablet. What is it? I think it is a HP TC1x00 Tablet PC — the pen looks like it has a silver end cap on it, which would point to a TC1000. The silver and black on the sides look just like a TC1x00 as well. Even if Apple borrowed the HP tablet for the pic, could this be a pointer to things to come? who knows . it is fun to speculate though.
