Remote Loop

If you'd rather have a wrist strap instead of a protective sleeve for your Apple TV remote, Apple has its own wrist strap that you can attach to the remote, called the Remote Loop.

The Remote Loop is much like what you'd find on a Nintendo Wii remote. It's a camera strap-like accessory that you wrap around your wrist so that the remote doesn't go flying out of your hand when you're waving it around.

The accessory clicks into the Lightning connector on the Apple TV remote, which perhaps isn't the best implementation, since you'd have to take it off to charge the remote, but it's a solution that works.
