The best iPhone 8 fast charger is the one you have with you. If you already own a MacBook or the new MacBook Pro that charges over USB C, you have a compatible fast charger. 

The 29W, 61W and 87W USB C chargers Apple sells are too expensive to recommend buying them just for charging the iPhone 8, but if you are carrying your MacBook Charger with you, then you already have a fast charger. 

This will only fast charge the iPhone 8 while you are not charging the MacBook, so you will need to keep that trade-off in mind, but for most daily use you can probably spare 30 minutes of MacBook charging to fast charge the iPhone 8.
