This is something that no one really wants to admit, but can seriously vouch for whenever they're trying to organize their apps on the iPhone: Moving around apps on the home screen is a serious pain in the rear end. It's a bit easier to do in iTunes on a computer, but not by much. First off, you can only move one app at a time, and moving an app from one page to another is its own torturous adventure in itself. Plus, you have to be really strategic about which apps you move and when you move them, because good luck if you have a specific layout in mind of where you want specific apps, because moving in app into a slot, will automatically move all of the apps below one slot over. We kind of wish Apple would take a page out of Android's book and allow you to place app icons wherever you want, without them all having to be bunched together. | |||||||

Yeah, the icon one has been driving me crazy for years. It’s such a simple change too, could just add a single option in settings “auto sort icons = on/off”.
