Keep in mind that you need a PS Plus or Xbox Live Gold subscription to play Black Ops 3 online on the PS4 and Xbox One. The PS3 did not require a subscription for online play, but the PS4 does. When you pop the disc in for the first time, you will need to download an update. If you get the game in the morning, drop it into the console before you do other things so the game is ready to play when you have time.
