So far the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 reviews are limited in scope, but we do get a good idea if this is a game worth buying, based on the time that reviewers spent with the game.

Expect an avalanche of Black Ops 3 reviews in the coming days as critics and players have more time to spend playing the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 campaign, multiplayer and Zombies.

One of the first Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 reviews you should watch is from IGN. The publication shares a quick overview of the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 modes. We’ll see more from IGN after the servers are populated with gamers, but so far this is a pretty positive review.

We learn about the changes to multiplayer for Black Ops 3 including specialists, classes and the movement upgrades. When it comes to the Black Ops 3 Zombies review IGN does not hold back, calling it, “The best version of the undead slaying mode in Call of Duty yet.”

Ali-A shares his opinion on if Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is a good game. The video, uploaded earlier this week comes from a player who spent a lot of time playing the early version of the game.

One nice part about this Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 review is that Ali-A talks through the gameplay with campaign, multiplayer and the zombies mode. He is a fan of the Black Ops series, so that factors into this review.

Drift0r shares a look at the good, the bad and the ugly in a very early Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 review from back in June. Keep in mind that some of this may have changed since the time he spent playing Black Ops 3 at E3. Even on the early build Drift0r likes the graphics in Black Ops 3 and the color scheme is great.

In this early review we also learn what gamers will like about the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 weapons, including the varied sounds and feel of different weapons. There is also good balance between guns, perks and attachments. Eventually he gets into concerns about Black Ops 3 specialists and the new movement options. With the new movement in Black Ops 3 users now need to play a more three dimensional version of the game, which may turn off some users.

Kotaku offers impressions of the single player mode, with an in depth, if early, BlackOps 3 review from Mike Fahey. This is an essential read for gamers who are interested in playing the single player mode.
