At the end of the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare trailer, the video transitions to a scene from Call of Duty Modern Warfare. Yes, you will get access to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered with your purchase. This is available on the Xbox One and PS4. 

Here's what we know about this, including the fact that you need to buy Infinite Warfare to get Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered and that you may need Infinite Warfare at all times to be able to play.

With this you get the campaign and you also get 10 multiplayer maps to start and more maps by the end of the year. The maps are being completely remade for the Xbox One and PS4 -- not just touched up.
