Safari

Safari is one of the best web browsers out there, and it just got even better with a few new features that will greatly enhance the experience.

First off, Safari now comes with the ability to see which tab is making noise (like an auto-playing video) and users can even take action and mute it instantly without a fuss.

Users can also pin tabs to the browser so that any web pages that users want to save and come back to later on can be stored off to the side without taking up the space of a normal tab.

Safari also comes with AirPlay features, allowing users to AirPlay videos in the browser instead of the whole screen to their TV.

I bought a new Magic Mouse, my old one ceased – the new mouse required a system upgrade from 10.9 xx to 10.11 OK this seems fishy to begin with but I proceeded. After I installed 10.11.1 one email account no longer functions and a second has apparently random emails deleted. This is working with Apple Mail, no excuse for difficulties with other systems, software or producer. It is simply very sloppy.

El Capitan literally started out with screen instability and advance to missing portions of the screen, followed by freezing and ultimately progressed to a white screen of death. I have since been able to open El Capitan in safe mode but most of my apps are none functional. Unfortunately, I have never used time machine or I could have gone back to my old system (yosimite) which worked perfectly. If El Capitan ever worked properly in its beta form I would be shocked. I tried a fresh reload through utilities but no help. Even in safe mode my 27 inch with a terabit of memory, and 4 G memory has turned into a useless piece of crap. After all I bought it because I was having so much trouble with PC’s and viruses. Did the programmers work for microsoft before going to apple? This is pretty poor form apple. After buying a house full of Apple products? it may be time to go back to Microsoft while apple works on sales instead of programming. My recommendation is don’t download this useless piece of garbage. Apple should be ashamed for releasing an untried, untested, poorly design upgrade. My snow Leopard worked beautifully and all of the upgrades since have left something to be desired.
