Use Your Pip-Boy & the Pip Boy App

Get comfortable with the Pip-Boy (tap B on Xbox One to access it) and all of its features. It's more than just a way to look at your inventory. 

It's where you'll look at your Perks and Stats. It's also where you'll access the radio feature that's on the far right end of the screen. 

Your radio is great if you're tired of the wasteland's silence but it's also going to point you in the direction of new locations, people and quests. Keep it on and you might pick up an interesting frequency during your journey around Boston.
