Yes, yes, a million times yes. The Better Settlers mod doesn't improve the personalities of your various inhabitants but it does improve their look. This mod gives generic settlers a cosmetic makeover with new faces and equipment breathing a little bit of life into your settlements. There are also some smaller changes like improvements to their weapons but the cosmetic part is what I love about this mod.
