FAR - Faraway Area Reform by SparrowPrince is one of the more popular Fallout 4 mods for PC and for good reason. It's outstanding. FAR is a graphical mod that "adds a balanced amount of eye-tweaked noise to 3060 distant terrain files." In other words, it makes terrain at a distance look a whole lot better. The developer and many of its users note that the mod doesn't cause any major performance issues. In fact, it actually helps in some cases. Keep an eye out for it on the mod marketplace.
