PC, Xbox, PS4 Fallout 4 Patch: 5 Things to Get Excited About
General Memory & Stability Improvements
Gamers have been complaining about a number of Fallout 4 performance problems. Crashes and freezes have been pretty prevelant and we continue to see complaints about these issues as we push into the month of December. Bethesda's update won't squash them completely but these fixes for memory and stability should help to cut down on the number of freezes and crashes on PC and perhaps on Xbox One and PS4 as well. We've been dashboarded a number of times on the Xbox One and there is no manual fix for the issue. The update should help to stabilize the game for many people but we still expect some gamers, particularly those with older hardware, to run into problems. To prepare, take a look at Bethesda's fixes and some of our own fixes for Fallout 4 crashes and freezes.

“…it’s also plagued by bugs and problems.”
Ah, some good old mudslinging, aimed to rake in a few clicks. The few bugs you’ve listed are hardly enough to call the game plagued. Especially when compared to previous Bethesda games, Fallout 4 is pretty solid.
The only thing that continues to bug me is the lack of proper AA.
