There are only two official versions of Fallout 4. The regular version of the game and the Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition. 

The Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition is as $120 collectors edition that comes with a real-life Pip Boy and several other items of interest. It's sold out at retailers in the United States though you can still find one on resellers like eBay in time for the release date. 

We expect Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition stock to emerge after the November 10th release date due to cancellations. This isn't confirmed but Bethesda has hinted at it multiple times.

There are also several Fallout 4 bundles. Microsoft is selling a bundle that includes a 1TB Xbox One and Best Buy is selling a Gold Bundle that includes a pair of socks and the Season Pass.
