Amazon is offering a free copy of Fallout 3 on top of a poster on top of $10 off the Xbox One version of the game if you have a Prime account. These are pre-order bonuses so they'll die out after the game goes on sale next week. 

Microsoft is still offering $10 to the Xbox Store (and Fallout 3) with every Fallout 4 pre-order so that's a deal worth investigating over the weekend. 

Best Buy is offering $10 in My Best Buy Rewards to those that pre-order and Dell is offering a $25 Dell eGift Card to pre-orderers. Dell's deal will likely end soon.

Microsoft is also offering an Xbox One Fallout 4 bundle ahead of the release date. Best Buy is also offering one that knocks a little bit off the price of the game/Season Pass and adds some socks.
