Quick Far Harbor Review
We've a ton of time with Bethesda's new expansion and we've come away from the Far Harbor DLC extremely impressed.
The first thing we want to note is that Far Harbor is as big as advertised. This is a massive piece of land that looks and feels a whole lot different than the rest of the Commonwealth. We've spent the better part of a week exploring and we've only touched a fraction of it. Bethesda's version of New England is amazing.
Needless to say, there's a lot to do and see. Enemies look great and present a challenge. Building settlements and clearing out the fog is a fun way to spend time. We love the new weapons and armor. We also greatly enjoyed the main quest which is littered with tough decisions.
There are some bugs and problems that need to be worked out and the new companion is a little boring but this is easily the best piece of Fallout 4 DLC yet. It's not even close.
Die-hard Fallout 4 players will enjoy this DLC and those of you who put down Fallout 4 now have a good reason to pick it back up.
