EA finally adds Women's International Teams to FIFA 16. You will not find these 12 teams in FIFA 15.

The FIFA 16 Women's players look like realistic versions of the teams the EA includes and there is a slight change in play when you switch between the Women's International teams and the rest of the teams.

There is no way to play women vs men, but when you switch you'll see differences in animations and in gameplay. This is not just EA slapping new skins on the same players.
