FormConnect is a form building app for iPad that’s going to hit the Apple App Store soon. The App makes it easy to design forms, collect information and share the results with others.
FormConnect is currently in private beta, but it looks promising. There are a couple of guys behind the app with a lot of experience in the tablet app world. Form Connections CEO Steve Hoffman used to lead marketing for Active Ink, a company that sells software for designing and using forms on Tablet PCs. GBM founder Rob Bushway is also lending a hand to an effort and published a blog post about the app.
One nice feature is that the app can collect and store signatures.
The current plan is to send FormConnect through the App Store approval process in a couple of weeks once all the kinks are worked out.
