Durabook RT10: Rugged Slate for Medical Pros
GammaTech announced the DURABOOK RT10, a rugged slate designed for healthcare professionals. The Durabook RT10 meets military standards and can be dropped from four feet and keep on ticking. Its sealed to keep out dust and liquids, which keeps its components safe from alcohol, bleach, iodine and just about any other liquid you’d find in a hospital or clinic.
The DURABOOK RT10 has a number of features nurses and medical staff will find useful in managing patient care, including a barcode scanner, RFID reader and a docking station. It features dual, hot swappable battery packs for continuous operation.
