Yes. It’s one of those Amazon deals that are only worth it if you are a not already a Verizon customer, but this is still a hot phone to get for a penny. I won’t be purchasing one, but I plan to evaluate one soon for GBM. Good news is that you can grab this deal for $99 if you are a Verizon customer with an upgrade available. Either way, a $199 Android smartphone for 1 cent or $99 isn’t too shabby.
