According to another source for Nexus 6 in stock alerts, the nightly refresh is likely due to orders being cancelled and put back up for sale. These sell out almost as soon as they appear, but starting Wednesday November 12th this might change.

You may run into problems finding a Nexus 6 in stock at T-Mobile as Android Police reports that not every store will have the Nexus 6 in stock or even a Nexus 6 demo unit to show off. The T-Mobile locations can take your order in store though.
There should be some Sprint Nexus 6 in stock at local stores on November 14th, two days after the other carriers start selling the Nexus 6.
