Although the LG G3 is not official yet, leak after leak showcased what buyers can expect from the new LG G3. This includes a design with buttons on the back like the LG G2 and a new Quad HD display that is a higher resolution than the Galaxy S5 and iPhone 5s.
The LG G3 delivers a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, but according to leaks it shouldn’t be much bigger than the Samsung Galaxy S5 that features a 5.1-inch display. A Quad HD display offers a 2560 x 1440 resolution, which is four times that of a 720P display like smartphones in 2012 offered. Most other smartphones only use a 1920 x 1080 resolution. It is clear that LG plans to make a big deal about this display and about this phone.
