HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE Extended Battery Now On Sale

After a number of recent successive leaks surrounding Verizon’s and HTC’s yet unannounced Droid Incredible successor in the form of the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE, it appears that one third-party retailer is already hawking an extended battery and extended battery back battery cover for the phone. Though you still can’t get the phone just yet through Verizon Wireless, HTCPedia is now selling a 2150 mAh extended battery for $35 and the rear extended batter door for $20.

The device itself is said to ship with a 1700 mAh battery, so the 2150 mAh battery will give a little bit of extra juice. With accessories already beginning to appear online, hopefully it will be just a matter of time before Verizon takes the wraps off of the Droid Incredible 4G LTE.

News of the battery door’s availability comes by way of Phandroid.

The back battery door does seem to retain rear textured ridges that’s found on the HTC Rezound, which was released on Verizon’s network with 4G LTE network support and is one of the earliest devices to arrive with a 720p HD display and Beats Audio support. The extended battery door does have a protrusion to accommodate a larger, and thus thicker, battery, and the raised contoured protrusion in the door fits the design aesthetics behind Verizon’s and HTC’s Incredible lineup, which includes the original Droid Incredible and the Droid Incredible 2.

Your title nearly gave me a heart attack. HTCpedia announced it was selling these yesterday, so it’s not even news anymore. Really, just a jerk move on your part.
