Losing power makes you realize how powerful mother nature is and what a privilege it is to have electricity.  While some in my area has been lucky to maintain electricity, we have had limited Internet access from Time Warner’s Road Runner service.  Every now and again the lights will flicker, and we find ourselves holding our breath.  It’s amazing how quickly the functionality of mobile technology loses its importance when there’s no juice.
