I’ll have much more to share in the coming days about HP’s 2710p Tablet PC, but from the moment I took it out of the box, it screamed “classy” – the brushed aluminum metal, the silver keys, the rubberized back, the flush screen, the metal slide buttons, the light weight, the thinness – HP went back to the design board on this one, used the TC1100 as their inspiration, and clearly hit a home run in the design department.
Bottom line: it is best looking Tablet PC I’ve ever seen – period.
Stay tuned for an indepth review of the 2710p by Sierra. Sierra is a long time member of the Tablet PC community, and a faithful reader and contributor to GottaBeMobile.com. I think you’ll be quite impressed with what she has to say.
Now – where is that power button so I can turn it on for the first time :-)
