When you choose to restore from an iCloud backup on iOS 10 you can now prioritize which apps download first with a 3D Touch. Discovered by nite_ on Reddit. Granted, most of us aren't restoring from an iCloud backup every day, but it is a very handy option that will allow us to get important apps back first. If your iPhone breaks and you are at the Apple Store starting a restore from backup, this will allow users to get the most used apps back right off the bat when they need them most.
