The iOS 8.4 jailbreak is still widely available but most people expect that to end with the arrival of iOS 8.4.1 for iPhone and iPad. Many believe that Apple will patch up the exploits used by the iOS 8.4 jailbreak ahead of the iOS 9 release in the fall. Nothing is confirmed until the iOS 8.4.1 release arrives but as we've noted, there's a very good chance that iOS 8.4.1 will spell doom for the current jailbreak. We haven't heard anything from jailbreak devs so you'll want to be on your toes in the days ahead. And you'll almost certainly want to skip the iOS 8.4.1 update right when it arrives. | ||||||
