Thus far, developers and testers have been unable to discover any significant changes on board the iOS 9.2.1 update. 

Apple-centric site MacRumors believes that the update might come with a fix for Mobile Device Management issues that arrived with iOS 9.2.

Apple recently outlined the iOS 9.2 problem on its website and mentions that it will be delivering a fix in the near future. Perhaps, the fix will be on board iOS 9.2.1. 

What we do know is that point updates like iOS 9.2.1 typically don't come with much beyond security patches and fixes so don't go thinking this update is going to bring a ton of new features to iOS 9 and the iPhone. 

iOS 9.2.1 beta 2 didn't reveal much and it's looking like this will be a small incremental upgrade ahead of iOS 9.3.
