The iOS 9.3.3 change log isn't confirmed but at this point you shouldn't expect much from Apple's next iOS 9 update. 

Developers through the five versions of Apple's iOS 9.3.3 beta have been unable to find any significant changes.

We'd expect the iOS 9.3.3 change log to come with some important bug fixes though we probably won't have the full list of fixes until the final version of the update rolls out later this year.
