iOS 9.3.3 Release & Time: 5 Things to Expect & 4 Not To

Don't Expect to Be Stuck on iOS 9.3.3

If you download iOS 9.3.3 and you run into trouble, you should be able to drop back down to the iOS 9.3.2 update. 

Apple will likely continue signing off on the iOS 9.3.2 update after the iOS 9.3.3 release allowing iPhone and iPad users to take advantage of a loophole and drop back to the earlier version. 

Don't expect anything other than iOS 9.3.2 at this point though. The iOS 9.3.1 downgrade's days are numbered now that iOS 9.3.3 beta is here and it could close up at any time.
