You can count on Apple to announce many of these iOS 9 features and fixes during its WWDC 2015 keynote in June. Just don't expect it to reveal everything or to release everything in the iOS 9 beta. Apple never reveals its entire hand at WWDC.
Instead, you can count on it to show bits and pieces of its new iOS 9 update before outlining the full feature set at the iPhone event in the fall. The iPhone 6s will probably have some unique software features that Apple won't want to give away at WWDC. The company also may not have some features ready for primetime in June. We should see Apple build on the iOS 9 feature set with its iOS 9 beta releases but we don't expect the company to expose the entire operating system in the early days. |
