You Can Disable Some iOS 9 Features & Might Want To

iOS 9 comes with a number of features, some of which you can't delete or disable. There are also some features that you can disable and there's on in particular that you'll want to pay attention to as we move into October. 

If you can't stand the iOS 9 keyboard and its lowercase letters, there is a way to bring back all CAPS to your keyboard. There's also a way to bring back the four digit passcode if you feel like six digits is slowing you down. Those tweaks might be worth your time. 

The one iOS 9 feature that absolutely needs your attention (if you're not on unlimited data) is the new Wi-Fi Assist tool. 

When Wi-Fi Assist is enabled, it will use your cellular data when you don't have a strong Wi-Fi connection. In other words, it has the potential to eat into your data bucket. Tons of people are already complaining about the feature and rightfully so.

Fortunately, there's an easy way to shut it off if you notice that your iOS 9 powered phone or tablet is eating into your data more than you'd like. Go into Settings > Cellular > and scroll all the way down and shut off Wi-Fi Assist.
