The iPhone 5S and iOS 7 could also include enhanced location based security that requires different levels of authentication based on the iPhone's location.

If a user is at home the iPhone may only require a small level of authentification, but if the iPhone is at work or a commonly traveled to public location it may require more. Finally, if the iPhone is in an untrusted zone it could require a higher level or two factors of authentification.

Apple details the workings of a location based security in a November 2012 patent filing. Apple already offers location based reminders and a Find My Friends app that may allowed the company to trial location based services on millions of devices, and now it may be ready for security.

Apple needs to concentrate on screen size to match Samsung and the Galaxy S line. we’re tired of this little phone.

Why doesn’t Apple come out with an update to Passcode lock that doesn’t allow a person to switch the device off while Passcode lock is enabled ?
That way if the device is stolen and you have your mobile data activated, which most of us have, you can still track the device using FindMyiPhone.
