We still don't know when developers will release an iOS 9 jailbreak or if they will have one ready in time for iOS 9.1. We know they're working on one but we haven't seen anything concrete emerge ahead of Apple's first big update. You'll want to keep your eyes and ears open though. Jailbreak news and jailbreaks themselves typically come out of thin air so you'll need to be on top of things. Developers managed to get a jailbreak out to iOS 8.1 last year so there's a chance we'll see some movement this month or next.
