If you own a device that's approaching its storage limit and you don't want to bother deleting anything, there is a way to get around it.
If you don't want to free up space for iOS 9, you can install it via iTunes. Plug your iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus into your computer and, with the latest version of iTunes installed, follow the prompts to install the iOS 9 update. iTunes sometimes acts funny on big iOS release dates so you'll want to remain patient if you do run into some hiccups. The important thing to keep in mind though is that you don't have to install it Over-the-Air through Settings. You've got options. |
