New iOS 9.3.1 3D Touch Shortcuts

Rounding out our look at the iPhone 6s Plus iOS 9.3.1 update is a foray into 3D Touch. Apple adds new shortcuts, or Quick Actions, from the home screen in this update. Apple introduced these in iOS 9.3 and they are also in iOS 9.3.1.

You can now access Health Center dashboard and the Emergency ID from the home screen. 

One option we use often is the new 3D Touch Quick Actions on the Settings icon that offers fast access to Battery, Bluetooth and WiFi settings from your home screen. 

There are a ton of other new 3D Touch actions for Apple apps from your home screen. Try it out by using 3D Touch on any of the Apple apps to see the new options appear on the screen.
