iPhone 6s vs. iPhone 5s: 5 Things We Learned in June
iPhone 6s Camera | ||||||
All along, iPhone 6s rumors have pointed to some big changes to the device's rear and front-facing cameras. These are expected to be a big selling point and they could be a big reason to upgrade from the iPhone 5s to a new model. Developers began digging into iOS 9 in June. Unsurprisingly, some were able to spot some things that Apple didn't announcement at WWDC. iOS developer Hamza Sood discovered lines of code in the iOS 9 beta that point to major FaceTime camera upgrades on the iPhone 6s. Apple calls its front-facing camera a FaceTime Camera. Sood's discovery reveals that iOS 9 includes the potential for an upgrade to 1080P resolution, 240FPS slow motion, panoramic capture and flash. These would all be key additions to the iPhone's camera. Nothing is confirmed but the door is certainly open for some big improvements here. | ||||||
