January Star Wars Battlefront Update: 4 Things to Expect & 3 Not To

Expect Offline Multiplayer to Skip This Update

Star Wars Battlefront players have been pleading for an offline multiplayer mode. EA and DICE have said that they are investigating the idea though the feature hasn't been confirmed and it looks like it will probably skip this January release. 

According to a DICE developer, they "have nothing philosophical against it, but it needs lots of investigation as we've mentioned." He also says that nothing is close which means that it's most likely not going to come with this January update. It might not come with the first expansion pack either.

That said, DICE says that it's still investigating the feature which is about all you can hope for at this point. Keep an eye out for more details in the future.
