Forget the Apple Watch 2. The Jim Beam Apple Watch is here to help you with the first wearable drinkable tech accessory.
This is a real Jim Beam Apple Watch wearable that includes a built-in shot glass so that you can pour the perfect shot and mix the perfect cocktail. This just may be the best tailgate wearable to arrive this month.
Apple is about to announce the Apple Watch 2 which will likely include GPS, faster performance and important upgrades, but Jim Beam is out ahead of the event with the Jim Beam Apple Watch wearable.
There’s no Bluetooth, no headphone jack, no WiFi and the green crown doesn’t do anything — but it does one job really well. It measures the perfect shot right on your wrist.
The Jim Beam Apple Watch is available for pre-order for $17.99 and is available online only. The name is a play on the Jim Beam Apple Bourbon that is on sale at stores for the same price.
On the top of the Jim Beam Apple Watch is a 1.5 ounce shot glass that telescopes out when you need it. The tweed strap keeps your Apple Watch firmly in place while working out or simply working.
“Critics may ask, ‘What good is a watch that can’t tell time?’” said Fred Noe, Jim Beam’s 7th Generation Master Distiller. “We actually think we’ve created a watch that helps you make time. Who doesn’t want to make time for friends, family and a refreshing Jim Beam Apple shot or cocktail?”
Faster iPhone 7 Processor & More RAM
The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus performance get a boost with a new Apple A10 processor that is able to deliver more power than ever to the iPhone. With a new process involved Apple is able to hit 2.4Ghz of processing power.
Apple is set to include 2GB RAM on the iPhone 7 and 3GB of RAM on the iPhone 7 Plus. The boost on the iPhone 7 Plus is to handle the additional processing power the dual camera system needs.
An unverified Geekbench benchmark suggests the iPhone 7 performance will be up to 35% faster than the iPhone 6s.
