Just got a notification from the folks at BeInSync that they have teamed with SanDisk to provide seamless data sync / backup using SanDisks new Titnamium  Flash disk that they will officially unveil at CES. Definitely one for us mobile folks to check out, and one we will be following at CES next week:

BeInSync, a company that lets users backup, synchronize, share and access their data, today announced it is providing built-in online backup functionality for SanDisk’s new Cruzer^® Titanium Plus USB flash drive.  The new service allows SanDisk’s Cruzer Titanium Plus users to insert their drive into any Internet-connected computer and backup all files seamlessly and automatically to BeInSync’s secure online storage service (see related SanDisk release at www.sandisk.com).

BeInSync offers the industry’s most reliable and scalable online backup service, leveraging Amazon’s leading S3 storage infrastructure.  This service, combined with the SanDisk Cruzer Titanium Plus, gives users peace of mind when it comes to their valuable data.  There is no need to purchase or install a separate backup application, as backup runs automatically whenever the drive is in use and the computer is connected to the Internet.  The online storage service is free for six months and can be extended through a monthly subscription plan.
