Amazon cut the price of the Kindle Fire to $129, offering a $30 discount to Cyber Monday shoppers on Monday November 26th.
The Amazon Kindle Fire Cyber Monday Deal continues the weeks of savings linked to Black Friday, which took place the day after Thanksgiving in the U.S., and represents the best Kindle Fire price we’ve seen, and expect to see this holiday shopping season.
The Kindle Fire Cyber Monday deal is only available on the Kindle Fire, and Amazon is not offering deals on the Kindle Fire HD at this time.
To get the deal, shoppers must enter the coupon code “FIREDEAL” at checkout. The Cyber Monday Kindle Fire deal is limited to one per customer and only available today.
The Kindle Fire features a 7-inch display and a 1.2Ghz processors as well as 1GB of RAM. The tablet runs a modified version of Android with a special Kindle user interface. The tablet includes 8GB of on board storage and unlimited cloud storage for all Amazon content. Users can use the apps in the Amazon App Store, but there is no official access to the Google Play Store.
The Kindle Fire is a top tablet for kids choice as it includes FreeTime, a feature that limits children’s usage of the tablet, down to specific activities.
The Kindle Fire includes a free month of Amazon Prime, which allows the owner to stream 25,000 movies and TV episodes free of charge, and to borrow from over 180,000 books free of charge. Owners can also buy books for the Kindle, subscribe to magazines and rent or buy new release movies. While watching movies on the Kindle Fire, owners can use X-Ray feature to dive in and see more information about the actor or actress.
Cyber Monday is a day of savings time for the Monday after Thanksgiving, and this appears to be the best deal of the season on a Kindle Fire, beating out the best Black Friday deal by $5, and there’s no need to wait in line for limited quantities.
Visit Amazon’s Kindle Fire Page and use code “FIREDEAL” to save $30 on the Kindle Fire.
