Ok, here we go with round one of the Lenovo/HP Tablet PC shootout. Both the Lenovo ThinkPad X200 Tablet PC and the HP 2730p include webcams. I thought I’d record a couple of quick videos with each so you can see and hear the quality differences.
Here’s the setup. The HP 2730p has a 2 megapixel camera. The Lenovo is a 1.3 megapixel camera. I didn’t change any settings on either camera, they run just as they came out of the box. I also made no audio adjustments. The cameras were set an equal distance from my ugly mug for the two recordings and the lighting conditions were the same for each. Videos were recorded on Seesmic.
